He began his culinary career with the Hell's Pizza food truck project. In 2019, he became the head chef at the One Teaspoon cafe, having previously worked there as a line cook a year earlier. At the end of 2019, he left the project with a portion of the team and became the head chef at the Beloque restaurant. He completed an internship at the LEO restaurant (Rostov-on-Don) and also received training at the SVCH culinary school (St. Petersburg).

He was born and raised in Moscow. He graduated with a bachelor's and master's degree from the Plekhanov Russian Economic University. He is unmarried.
