About
Oleg was born and raised in Moscow. He began his career in the HoReCa industry at the age of 17, and today his professional experience exceeds 20 years. After graduating from university, Oleg decided to dedicate himself entirely to the art of bartending and to become the best network bar manager in Moscow. At the same time, he didn't abandon football; he worked as a coach during the day and continued his sports activities until he was 38. After "Amazonia," Oleg participated in a number of significant projects, such as "Teatro" and "Glazure," which were very popular at the time for after-party events. As a bar manager, he developed and optimized all operational processes. Since 2011, Oleg Kashin has been part of the team led by Genrikh Karpin, and since 2013, he has been responsible for the bar operations in all of the restaurateur's projects as a brand bartender. As of 2025, he oversees thirteen projects, including the premium restaurants LEO in Khamovniki and 800°С Contemporary Steak on Patriarch's Ponds. He has created a unified system of bar standards within the holding, developed training materials and work tools, and formed cohesive teams of like-minded individuals.
In his childhood and youth, he dreamed of becoming a football player, but fate had other plans. Due to frequent injuries, he had to undergo long periods of recovery and regain his physical fitness. After earning the Candidate Master of Sports title in football, he decided to remain a coach. After high school, he enrolled in university in the "Management of Organizations" program. While studying, he began working part-time in a bar on Old Arbat, where he gained his initial experience. Initially, the world of bartending didn't make a particularly strong impression on him. Like many, he wanted to socialize and have fun, which required money. This led him to take a job as a bartender in a nightclub. This marked the beginning of an intense period in his life: night shifts and parties, followed by classes in the morning. After the nightclub closed, his skills were noticed, and he was invited to one of the top tiki bars of the time – "Amazonia" on Strastnoy Boulevard. It was here that Oleg immersed himself in the profession, actively developing his skills, absorbing knowledge, and experimenting with drinks and flavors. His diligence, ability to interact with guests, responsibility, and reliability were recognized by management, and the 20-year-old Oleg was offered the position of bar manager. He continued to refine his skills in this role. Oleg's motto in life and work is: "If you want to do something, just do it."
