The Monday Room started out as a bar and nightclub in 2012, before it morphed into a dining concept celebrating family-style shared feasts and moved into the historic Duncan's Building in 2018. The owner-chef has extensive experience in Christchurch’s best restaurants. She reimagines classic European fare with the best local produce in season to support the agricultural community.
