A’mano means ‘made by hand’ in Italian, a fitting name for a restaurant that prides itself on handcrafted food: the pasta, focaccia and desserts are all prepared in-house from scratch daily. Inspired by Italy’s rich culinary heritage, the kitchen uses local ingredients in dishes that are true to their regional roots. The bruschetta, lasagna with slow-cooked beef brisket ragu and light, smooth tiramisu with balanced flavour are all spot on.
