The Mad Cook is an Italian restaurant with a unique, unconventional twist, created by the young and talented Maxim Volkov. It opened its doors in the spring of 2016 and quickly gained the trust of many customers. At The Mad Cook, Maxim continues the Italian theme, but presents it in his own distinctive style.
