Here, they prepare traditional Greek dishes using family recipes from chef Nikita Brekhov, along with popular Italian classics and flavorful appetizers with a subtle Turkish influence. The wine list at "The Greeks" features the best labels from around the world: classic wines from Italy and France, as well as wines from the New World, and, of course, Greece. The "mythical" cocktail menu is a clever and inventive take on the feats of Hercules. From the "Ceryneian Hind" with metaxa, basil, and mastic, to the "Cretan Bull" with hazelnut cognac, metaxa, and mastic.
