"The Greeks," a Mediterranean restaurant by Anton Pinsky, welcomes guests with an abundance of fresh greenery and the vibrant colors of ripe vegetables and fruits in its open kitchen. Here, they prepare traditional Greek dishes using family recipes from chef Nikita Brekhov, along with popular Italian classics and flavorful appetizers with a subtle Turkish influence. The wine list at "The Greeks" features the best labels from around the world: classic wines from Italy and France, as well as wines from the New World, and, of course, Greece. The "mythical" cocktail menu is a clever and inventive take on the feats of Hercules. From the "Ceryneian Hind" with metaxa, basil, and mastic, to the "Cretan Bull" with hazelnut cognac, metaxa, and mastic.
