The talented chefs, Aslan Toguzov and Aslan Bestaev, have created an impressive menu to delight your palate. We highly recommend experiencing the hearty breakfasts at The BIG. Every day from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, you can order classic or exotic cereals like quinoa with mango espuma, scrambled eggs (e.g., with salmon, Parmesan, and arugula), Eggs Benedict with salmon, red caviar, and Hollandaise sauce, Viennese waffles, and panini with a wide variety of fillings. There are over 15 delicious breakfast options to give you the energy you need for the entire day. The restaurant also offers a special menu for children, which includes mini-burgers and even a "children's Tom Yum" – the chefs have adapted the flavors of this famous soup for younger palates. And one more plus for parents to note: there are conveniently located children's playgrounds near The BIG. During the summer months, the restaurant's large terrace is open, offering stunning views of the mountain peaks.
