For over 14 years, they worked together in restaurants in Vladikavkaz, Moscow, and Sochi, mastering the intricacies of Russian, European, and Pan-Asian cuisines under the guidance of leading chefs. They have translated their acquired knowledge, boundless energy, and passion for gastronomy into the menus of The Bazar, The BIG, and "Sugrob" restaurants, located at the Rosa Khutor resort in Sochi.
The Bazar's Southern cuisine reflects the culinary traditions of the Caucasus. Chefs Aslan Toguzov and Aslan Bestaev have added local Southern ingredients and their own unique perspective to classic recipes, creating distinctive interpretations of familiar dishes.
At The BIG restaurant, the head chefs showcase American, Pan-Asian, and European cuisines. The three key principles are: generous portions, an author's menu, and inspiring views of the mountains.
Another restaurant, "Sugrob," is also located at the Rosa Khutor resort, nestled in the mountains at an altitude of +1460 meters above sea level. The concept is Alpine cuisine, focusing on hearty dishes designed to quickly restore energy after active outdoor activities in the mountains.
