The "Sugrob" restaurant is located near the ski slopes and a scenic viewpoint. The location is equally convenient for skiers and tourists who take the cable car for a walk in the mountains. The conceptual menu for the "Sugrob" restaurant was developed by talented chefs Aslan Toguzov and Aslan Bestaev, known for their work at The Bazar and The BIG restaurants. The foundation of the Alpine cuisine consists of hearty dishes designed to quickly restore energy after active recreation in the mountains. The menu includes dishes like Trentino with salmon, Swedish dumplings, lamb ribs with polenta, cheese fondue with grilled ciabatta, and canederli – at the "Sugrob" restaurant, guests are offered a gastronomic journey through the Alps while also sampling local southern products. Another traditional dish from the French Alps is tartiflette, made with bacon and Gruyère cheese. "The mountain views are inspiring, and the mountain air, even more so, stimulates a healthy appetite, especially after sports and walks. For gourmets, we have included dishes cooked over charcoal. Wild boar ribs, picanha from grain-fed beef, tenderloin, and lamb loin, as well as farm-raised trout, acquire an incredible delicate aroma and exquisite taste," said chefs Aslan Toguzov and Aslan Bestaev. The mascot of the "Sugrob" restaurant is Gnom Gurmanich.
