A gastronomic atelier where two cultural phenomena – fashion and food – are literally combined.

A place where Italian passion for food meets Italian love for fashion. High-style craftsmanship… Here, food and fashion are intertwined as closely as possible. Just inside the entrance, there's a small atelier where a seamstress embroiders monograms on gifts for guests. Next to it is a bright, open kitchen where the chef prepares classic and modern Italian dishes. In the gleaming display windows are exhibits from the Italian Fashion Museum. Every year, Sartoria collaborates with one of the best Italian tailors to create a collection of designer uniforms for the waitstaff. Sartoria is a place where ideas are born and where they find their realization.
