Novikov

The Novikov restaurant is part of the Novikov Group, a company founded by Arkady Novikov. In 1991, he opened his first restaurant, Sirena, which was Moscow's first seafood restaurant with a new approach to cuisine, service, and interior design for that time. This project marked the beginning of the group's history, which later grew into a large network of restaurants offering diverse concepts and cuisines.

Today, Novikov Group encompasses establishments serving Italian, Japanese, Pan-Asian, French, European, Eastern, and other cuisines, located not only in Moscow but also in other cities across Russia, as well as in several countries around the world. This includes projects under the Novikov brand in London, Dubai, Istanbul, Miami, and other locations. In addition to restaurants, the company develops franchising, catering services, delivery options, gift certificates, and a loyalty program for its guests.
