About

Vladislav Strelnikov was born into a family where medicine was highly valued: his mother was the head of the intensive care unit, his grandmother was a bacteriologist, and his aunt and uncle were dentists. Despite this, from a young age, Vladislav showed an interest in sports, particularly hockey and football, as well as cooking. His journey into the culinary profession began with unforgettable moments spent in the kitchen with his grandmother. His first culinary experience was an apple charlotte made with apples picked by his grandfather. In 2013, Vladislav faced a choice: to study at a medical university or at a college specializing in "Food Technology." He decided to try his hand in the kitchen and remained for an internship, which led him to enroll in a culinary school. During his studies, he actively participated in culinary competitions, where he won prizes in cooking and making Ossetian pies. After graduating from culinary school, Vladislav enrolled at the Moscow State University of Food Production (MSGUP) in the Department of Public Catering and Restaurant Service. During his studies, he got a job at the Sartoria Lamberti restaurant, where he began his career in the hot kitchen section. His participation in cooking competitions in Uzbekistan brought him numerous awards. Since September 2020, Vladislav became a sous chef at a restaurant in Vladikavkaz, and after the COVID-19 pandemic subsided, he returned to Moscow, where he continued his career at the Wine Religion restaurant. There, he met Chef Mikhail Kholodov, and together they opened Garum Bar. Working at Wine Religion was a true art for him – each dish was meticulously crafted. After a year of working at Garum Bar, Vladislav received an offer to become a sous chef at an Italian restaurant, and soon he took over the management of the kitchen and became the head chef. At the same time, he opened a pizzeria with his classmates, which is still operating successfully. Vladislav is actively involved in sports: he regularly goes to the gym and plays football four times a week. In 2025, he plans to qualify for the title of Master of Sports in bench press. Currently, Vladislav is completing his master's degree at ROSBIOTECH and is preparing for an internship abroad (options include Spain, Portugal, and France), which will be the next step in his career as a chef.
