Maxim Vasiliev was born on December 27, 1982, in the city of Mozhaysk. From a young age, he was fascinated by cooking, and this passion gradually became the focus of his entire life. Even in school, he showed an interest in preparing dishes, participating in various clubs and helping out in the kitchen. By the fifth grade, Maxim was certain that he wanted to become a chef, and he enthusiastically experimented with cooking a wide variety of dishes, especially meat dishes. After graduating from high school, Maxim enrolled in a culinary school in the city of Khimki, where he received professional training. His military service did not hinder his professional development; in the last six months, he worked as a cook. After returning from the army, Maxim began his career at the "Yolki-Palki" restaurant chain, where he progressed from a line cook to a head chef. Over the years, Maxim has been involved in many well-known projects. He worked as a chef in restaurants such as "Andiamo," "Pomestie v Serebryanom Boru," and other establishments, earning the recognition of colleagues and patrons for his high level of professionalism and creative approach to creating dishes. His favorite cuisine is Italian, but he incorporates his own unique elements, creating dishes that combine traditional flavors with original accents. In addition to cooking, Maxim is also interested in hunting, which also influences his work. He enjoys preparing dishes from game that he brings back from hunts, and he experiments with recipes inspired by nature. Today, Maxim Vasiliev is the head chef at the "Rimlyane" restaurant, where he continues to develop his own ideas and delights guests with vibrant and memorable dishes.
