The establishment features a seafood counter offering products from the supplier, an online store called "Captain Maxim," as well as cookware, knives, and a seafood bar with a communal table. The seafood bar offers a selection of fresh items served on ice, including oysters, sashimi, and tartare, along with a small but well-curated wine list.

The concept was created by Dmitry Sergeev and Maxim Polzikov.
