About
Throughout his 20-year career as a chef, Anton has had the opportunity to work in various regions of Russia, from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok, immersing himself in the culinary history of these diverse areas, enriching his knowledge with local flavors and techniques. Anton has worked with legendary chefs who were pioneers of the Russian culinary avant-garde, such as Anatoly Komm and Adrian Ketglas. In 2016, Anatoly Komm entrusted Anton with overseeing the new Le Bazar restaurant in Suzdal, relying on his professionalism after his work in the Moscow restaurants "Varvary" and Anatoly Komm for Raff House. His roots also played a role, as Anton is originally from Vladimir, which is located nearby. In 2019, Anton took over as head chef at the "Millionka" restaurant in Vladivostok, leading it to a prestigious award – the bronze "Palm Branch" at the international Palme d'Or competition. Several years later, this experience became crucial in creating the concept for the Pan-Asian HIJI Izakaya & Bar in Nizhny Novgorod. Anton has completed several internships in top restaurants around the world, including AMASS (Copenhagen, Denmark), Au Soldat de l'An II (Freiburg, France), and Le Capri Mont Cervin Palace (a Michelin-starred restaurant in Zermatt, Switzerland). Since 2022, Anton has been working in Moscow again, initially leading the kitchen at AQ Kitchen alongside Adrian Ketglas, and since 2023, he has been managing the kitchen of the "Rybtorg" restaurant, owned by Maxim Polzikov, which was recognized by the Michelin Guide 2022 in the Bib Gourmand category. In the spring of 2025, Anton and Maxim Polzikov opened the gastro-bistro "Multikultura" on Prechistenka, where Anton also serves as the head chef. The menu at "Multikultura" blends the culinary traditions and flavors of Spain, Israel, Russia, and Azerbaijan.
Anton's hometown is Vladimir. He holds a higher education degree in "Food Technology." He enjoys various sports, including running, cycling, snowboarding, archery, and tennis. He loves to travel and collects vinyl records.
