Discerning food lovers will be captivated by the premium delicacies on offer: Wagyu beef from Hyogo prefecture, the most tender part of bluefin tuna (otoro), and sashimi made from Japanese horse mackerel (shima-aji). At Mandarin, you can observe the "life" of the open kitchen as your order is prepared, or enjoy a meal at the sushi bar counter, interacting with the sushi chef, just as is customary in Japan, and witness the magic of the culinary process. Be sure to try the sashimi made from chilled salmon or the delicate scallops, and order the warm roll with Kamchatka crab.
