About
At the heart of my culinary creations lies a pursuit of perfection in taste, presentation, and aroma. The secret to a restaurant's successful menu lies in the simplicity and elegance of the dishes, using a limited number of ingredients for each recipe: dishes that are easy to prepare and understandable to everyone. My mission is to teach people to enjoy food, to cultivate a love for delicious dishes, and to encourage people to visit restaurants simply for the pleasure of it, without needing a special occasion. My career began in 2008 in Donetsk, where I worked on pan-Asian cuisine projects for chains like "Tanuki" and "Yakitoria." Within two years, I rose to the position of head chef. In 2018, I began working with Andrey Li in the friendly family of Mriya restaurants on projects such as "Mandarin" and "L'Olivo": restaurants specializing in pan-Asian and Italian cuisine. In early 2020, I became the head chef of the "Black Sea by Mriya" restaurant.
