The restaurant's menu features all the classics of national cuisine: pasta, pizza, risotto, artisanal cheeses from our own creamery, as well as exquisite seafood, Black Sea fish, marbled meats, and, of course, the finest Italian wines. Only here can you taste delicacies from all over the Mediterranean. Be sure to try the Spanish jamón (which is sliced in front of the guests) or the delicious homemade, hand-rolled pasta. "L'Olivo" translates from Italian as "olive." The olive bar in the restaurant offers a wide selection of premium olives of various varieties and preparations from Italy, Greece, Spain, and Crimea. As a complimentary gesture, you will be served a basket of bread, olives, marinated olives, olive oil infused with aromatic herbs, and traditional Italian limoncello – an excellent classic digestif. A large terrace with views of the mountains and the sea, an open kitchen, live music, gastronomic dinners, regional food festivals, and a true Italian spirit – all of this awaits guests at L'Olivo.
