"Koptilnya" is a restaurant and bar with an extensive menu, offering the best international dishes from around the world, as well as signature dishes that combine locally sourced ingredients. Every dish is perfectly paired with our wine and beer selection, carefully curated by our sommeliers to complement each component, as well as our homemade liqueurs, all based on the principles of food pairing. This internationally recognized concept of specially paired dishes and beverages is now available in Voronezh, exclusively at "Koptilnya." The restaurant features its own grill, a designer beer tower with 30 taps, and a wine bar and shop called "Wine Art Bar&Shop" with a wide selection of wines.

The culinary team is led by brand chef Evgeny Matusevich. He created a menu that features a unique element and a point of pride for our establishment: an oven where we bake dishes that have been brined and marinated for 12 hours or more, and we also use the method of cold smoking. This traditional Russian technique allows us to preserve the natural flavors of the ingredients, enhancing them with our own recipes, without using any chemicals or nitrates!

The "Koptilnya" restaurant-bar is located on the grounds of the Voronezh Distillery and is currently one of the most interesting historical landmarks in the city. This complex of buildings and state-owned wine cellars has a unique charm and a rich history, which has taken on a new chapter of development since the end of December 2018. In Voronezh, within the "Vinzavod" art space, a gastronomic project in the casual dining format, "Koptilnya," has opened its doors.
