The Harvey & Monica team, with years of experience in the restaurant industry, realized that the most natural way for them to work is to focus on feelings. After all, feelings and emotions are timeless and transcend trends. Reactions and impressions, on the other hand, are more dynamic and flexible, which is why restaurants with successful "wow" concepts are always in demand. People react strongly to them, share their impressions, and the restaurant gains the status of a trendy place that everyone wants to visit. We have always been drawn to the realm of the senses and the intangible. Even the restaurant's interior, which received overwhelmingly positive feedback from both guests and industry professionals, was created not so much according to a design plan, but based on our own feelings. We worked as a team with a wonderful designer, but together, we sensed that we needed to move forward based on intuition.
