About

The restaurant draws its inspiration from the culinary traditions of the Petrine era. It is named after Count Fyodor Matveevich Apraksin, a close associate of Peter the Great and a key figure in the development of the Russian Navy in Voronezh.

The "Apraksin" restaurant is part of the 4-star Degas hotel complex. The hotel is named after one of the first ships of the Russian Navy, built in the Voronezh shipyards. Traditional dishes from the Petrine era, presented in a modern interpretation, are sure to delight even the most discerning food enthusiasts. The restaurant and hotel are steeped in the history of the city and serve as a major hub for tourist routes in the Central Federal District, participating in festivals and events related to the tourism and hospitality industries of Voronezh and the surrounding region. In the summer of 2024, the restaurant won an award in one of the categories of the BreakFest breakfast festival. Recently, it has become a tradition for the restaurant to host exclusive culinary evenings led by the chef on a panoramic terrace, where guests can discover new flavor combinations of exquisite dishes and fine beverages, learn the secrets of the kitchen, and enjoy breathtaking views of the nighttime cityscape from a bird's-eye perspective.
