Over the past 5 years, Oleg Yelyutin, in collaboration with Evgeny Matusevich, has launched a series of high-profile and innovative projects that have captivated even the most discerning food enthusiasts: "POTROHA," an art space at the "Vinzavod" complex; a casual dining restaurant-bar called "Koptilnya" with its own smokehouse; "Ebbi Asian noodles & SUSHI bar," a modern Asian bistro; "SOYUZ" FOOD COMMUNITY; and the highly acclaimed eco-project "Ferma Farm & Village" hotel.
He began cooking at a young age, as life often dictates. I remember the first time I entered a restaurant and started as a kitchen assistant in the cold kitchen. I had to do a lot of unpleasant work: cleaning, chopping, washing. It wasn't easy, and at that moment, I couldn't have imagined that I had chosen the right path. Becoming a chef, I realized that I had found my calling. My perspective on learning changed, and the kitchen instilled in me a love for learning. It all started with genuine interest, and this insatiable thirst for knowledge continues to drive me to this day!
