"Potrokha" offers a wide selection of alternative and premium steaks, both wet-aged and dry-aged, with over 20 varieties. The meat deli features homemade meat delicacies and cheeses. In the Dry Age chamber, classic cuts of meat are aged. Himalayan salt is used inside the chamber, creating a unique microclimate that draws out moisture, enhancing the flavor of the meat and softening its texture. When cut, you can detect a subtle nutty aroma. At "Potrokha," every guest will find a steak to suit their taste and preferences. The wine list at "Potrokha" is conceptual and democratic, covering the entire world, including wines from local Russian producers, as well as organic and biodynamic wines. You can find rare grape varieties and modern styles, such as Glou-Glou, Pet Nat, orange wines, and more. The selection of wines by the glass changes monthly, not only to broaden the guests' horizons but also to teach them to discuss wines at an expert level. Previously, in the place where "Potrokha" is now located, there was a Soviet store called "Bread and Milk" – these products were a reliable staple in the modest diet of the Soviet citizen. Modern realities have shifted the focus and expanded the selection towards hedonism, with "meat and wine" becoming the main products of the restaurant.
