A stylish, modern restaurant serving Cantonese cuisine with a unique cocktail menu.

The creator of this concept, Alexander Rappoport, was recognized as "Restaurant of the Year" in 2014 by the magazine "GQ" for this project. The menu is based on Cantonese cuisine, the most widespread Chinese cuisine outside of China. Its characteristic feature is achieving exceptional flavor profiles with minimal heat processing and very limited use of sauces. Particular attention is paid to the nutritional value of the ingredients and their compatibility, with even seemingly minor details such as the order in which ingredients are added and their proper combination, including color, being important. Chef Zhang Xianchen of "Chinese Literacy" restaurant, a representative of one of the most renowned Cantonese schools, the Guangzhou school, has given a modern twist to classic masterpieces.
