About the Restaurant This bar, created by Italian chef Luigi La Sala, focuses on Prosecco. Luigi La Sala developed the concept and menu for the bar. Prosecco Bar PR11 is designed to be as authentic as possible, in the style of the Italian "bacaro" bars. The interior features a minimalist design with simple, elegant furniture, white brick walls, and a marble bar. The Italian menu offers a variety of snacks at a fixed price (bruschetta, tartare, polenta, prosciutto), salads with vegetables and fruits, and light hot dishes. Nearly half of the wine list is dedicated to Prosecco, including selections from family-run Italian wineries, specially imported to Moscow. In addition, there are white and red wines, including biodynamic options. The bar also offers a selection of spirits, vermouth, and several types of Spritz cocktails.
