Kaia

Kaia is a noodle restaurant in a new format, featuring a cocktail menu and located in the heart of Moscow on Sretenka Street. The concept of the establishment revolves around combining simplicity of product with style and high-quality service: the core of the menu consists of noodles and rolls, complemented by a selection of cocktails.

The interior is inspired by the atmosphere of an Asian street – a dynamic space that changes throughout the day. During the day, it's a convenient place for a quick lunch between meetings, while in the evening, the atmosphere transforms: the space fills with red neon lights, the screens become brighter, and guests gather to enjoy cocktails and noodles at a more relaxed pace. The tables are arranged to create a sense of closeness among guests and encourage participation in the overall ambiance of the restaurant.

The service at Kaia is described as fast and friendly, fostering a sense of community. The stated mission of the project is to make noodles a cult dish in Moscow and to unite a community of guests around it.
