Istanbul Kebab

Istanbul Kebab is a network of authentic Turkish cafes from the founders of Moscowfood.

The founders of the Moscowfood group of companies (brands Moscowfood, Bluefin and Bluefin Nikkei, Ramen Izakaya, I love poke, Unica Pizza) have launched a network of restaurants serving authentic Turkish cuisine called Istanbul Kebab. Five Istanbul Kebab locations have already appeared on the gastronomic map of the capital. The flagship restaurant is located in the Moscow City business district, in the "City of Capitals" tower. The kitchen is run by a strong team of Turkish chefs who were specifically recruited from Turkey by the owners of the new project.

Almost every dish on the Istanbul Kebab menu is a classic of Turkish cuisine and features an ancient, authentic recipe. Many of them are cooked in a wood-fired oven or over an open flame without the addition of oil or fat. All the ingredients are produced at their own factory-kitchen: various types of Turkish bread are baked daily and delivered to the branches in the morning, along with marinated meat for kebabs, sauces, and a delicious assortment of fresh baklava (16 varieties) made with the highest quality walnuts, pistachios, and Nutella. Spices are imported directly from Turkey.

The diverse menu of the new project includes kebabs, several types of doner kebabs, "boat-shaped" pide (flatbread) with minced meat, cheese, vegetables, spinach, and herbs, including closed varieties, as well as kaurma, lahmajun (Eastern-style pizza), kefta (meatballs), salads, appetizers, side dishes, and pastries. This allows customers to find dishes for any occasion, from breakfast to lunch or dinner. The best Turkish chefs prepare doner kebabs from two types of meat – chicken and beef – marinated according to a proprietary recipe at their own factory-kitchen.

Several locations of different formats have already opened in Moscow. A full-service cafe is located in the "City of Capitals" tower. At the Usachevsky Market and the "Krasnaya Roza" food market, there is a corner with communal seating. In the areas near the Aeroport and Kuzminki metro stations, there are street-food style locations.

By the end of the year, the plan is to launch 30 company-owned locations in Moscow in high-traffic areas, as well as 6 locations at train stations, and additional locations through franchising in the capital and surrounding regions.

The average check is 900 rubles.
