Moscow, Presnenskaya Embankment, 8, building 1 Website Concept by: Felix Berman ABOUT THE RESTAURANT "Enik and Benik" is the latest creation from the Foodster family, offering a "free flow" experience that will particularly appeal to lovers of traditional Russian dishes – dumplings and vareniki. You can expect authentic Russian dough filled with delicious ingredients! The restaurant's concept is creative Russian cuisine: interesting combinations of fillings and sauces. For example, at "Enik and Benik," you can try dumplings made with lamb, mint, river fish, and braised cabbage. There's also a touch of Mediterranean cuisine with black dumplings filled with crab meat. The fillings for the vareniki, appetizers, soups, and main courses are equally unique. The restaurant has its own production facility for dumplings and vareniki, but it uses mechanical methods rather than handmade techniques. This allows for standardized quality, ensuring that guests receive consistently delicious dishes. The design of this project, like all Foodster projects, was developed by DBA Group. The space, which can accommodate up to 40 people, is designed in a modern style: lots of wood, colored mirrors, garlands of garlic, communal tables, and an open kitchen. At the entrance, guests are greeted by huge enameled pots with real steam rising from under the lids – a symbol of Russian cuisine. The restaurant provides a comfortable setting for a quick lunch or a pleasant dinner after work, and its location is ideal – at the intersection of the "Imperia" and "City of Capitals" towers in Moscow City. "Enik and Benik" offers a convenient service system. Guests order their favorite dishes, pay the bill, and wait a few minutes for them to be prepared. When their order number appears on the display, they pick up their food at the service window.
