About

"Neobistro" is one of the latest trends in global culinary fashion, where the formality of fine dining gives way to the comfort of a traditional Parisian bistro. It's a fusion of French techniques with international influences, allowing chefs to use both innovative methods and culinary techniques, as well as the best of cuisines from around the world. High cuisine, shedding its stuffiness, opens up boundless horizons for chefs to experiment boldly and improvise playfully, while offering guests an attractive bonus in the form of affordable prices.

At "Geraldine," the result is a fascinating blend, where French cuisine serves as a theme around which a cosmopolitan improvisation unfolds, incorporating Italian, Chinese, Spanish, and Thai influences.

"Geraldine" offers comfortable, everyday dining for a wide audience: perfect, high-quality ingredients and long-forgotten traditional techniques for gourmets who don't want to compromise on quality. For example, the Niçoise salad uses the finest classic tuna confit, and for adventurous foodies, there are unexpected combinations of ingredients, recipes, and textures: the Caesar salad is made with kale, and the pizza is made with Indian roti bread. The food at "Geraldine" strives for perfection, but always with a touch of irony. It welcomes neighbors from Ostozhenka for breakfast, students for a quick lunch, business people for important meetings, couples for romantic dates, and friends for everyday dinners and festive gatherings.

"Geraldine" is not only a gastronomic experience but also a sophisticated wine bar. It features exclusively French wines, from renowned producers to trendy, up-and-coming ones. The menu includes both well-known classics and modern trends, including biodynamic and organic wines. There are also a few orange wines for enthusiasts. While French wine might not be surprising, what is truly unique is that the bar menu features exclusively French beverages, not just cognacs, calvados, and armagnacs, but also gin, whiskey, and rum.

A bistro with a French accent is, above all, an atmosphere, reflecting the era of the late 1950s and early 1960s in a style that is both classic and fashionable. "Plush Paris" in Moscow was brought to life by architect Valery Lizunov. The style here is perfected: the marble was sourced from the best Italian quarries, the lighting was made according to designs from the 1950s, and most of the furniture, from the mid-20th century, was carefully selected in Europe and then updated with modern, stylized fabrics by designer Alina Kovaleva from the "Palisander" gallery. Even the French books and glossy magazines that line the shelves of "Geraldine" came from Paris – the atmosphere must be right, and the picture must be complete.
