Meaning, depth, balance, and harmony of all senses – it sounds like a mantra for psychological well-being, but these concepts are also at the heart of the restaurant's concept, especially Sapiens. The cinematic drama of the two-story restaurant in Khamovniki is crafted like an adventurous blockbuster, with a plot that unfolds both in space and time. The aromas of sun-warmed juniper and beech trees greet you at the entrance, materializing into an interior filled with light, muted natural colors, furniture, and organically designed decorative objects. The bar lounge on the first floor, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, flows into the bright and atmospheric second floor. A grotto completes the space, its walls almost indistinguishable from those of a real cave. A marble table weighing nearly a ton, designed for 12 people, adds to the ambiance. The lighting design deserves special attention. During the day, the restaurant impresses with its spaciousness, making it easy to relax and breathe. In the evening, the light falling on the tables highlights the stars of the show – the dishes from the restaurant's kitchen.
