About

The "Semifreddo" restaurant opened in Moscow in 2003 as a fine-dining establishment. The restaurant's concept is based on the combination of classic Italian, Sicilian, and авторская (author's) cuisine, created by Sicilian chef Nino Graziano. The menu is divided into several sections: traditional Sicilian dishes, a creative menu from the chef, an annually updated selection from the kitchen staff, dishes made with traditional Italian ingredients, and the "Semiramis" menu.

Among the restaurant's dishes are red Sicilian shrimp soup prepared according to an ancient family recipe of the Graziano family, eggplant tortino with a cheese sauce made from Parmesan and tomatoes, ravioli filled with duck and white mushrooms, homemade pappardelle pasta with wild boar ragu, risotto with artichokes, and braised veal. The menu also features "Rossini" beef tenderloin and an авторская (author's) dish featuring cod. The dessert section includes Sicilian cassata presented in a unique way, and the signature chilled dessert, "Semifreddo."

According to the restaurant's creators, the interior design and menu combine a modern approach with classic traditions. Only ingredients from trusted suppliers are used in the kitchen, and the wine list has been carefully selected to complement the overall style of the cuisine.
