Over several decades, he has progressed through all stages of his career, achieving undeniable professionalism and a high level of recognition. His resume includes working in Michelin-starred French restaurants such as Nikko **, Duc D'Enghien **, and Guy Savoy ***, as well as many years of experience in Moscow. He arrived in Moscow in 2000, starting his career at the restaurant Saint Michel and spending 15 years with the restaurant group of Evgeny Katsenelson.
At the "Geraldine" neo-bistro, Michel Evan will not only continue to develop the existing concept but will also add his own unique touches.
