Easy Brix, the second establishment in the Brix mini-chain, is located on Pytnitskaya Street, one of the city's main thoroughfares. The location dictated a unique approach to the design. The interior is light and minimalist: large floor-to-ceiling windows, designer chandeliers resembling crystal lattices, a large wine cabinet, and plenty of open space. The kitchen at Easy Brix is straightforward, but not lacking in style or creativity. Chef Dmitry Akhmetov uses the professional charcoal grill to prepare dishes featuring fresh fish, meat, vegetables, and seafood.
