About

Hite is a Korean restaurant in Moscow specializing in BBQ cuisine. A significant portion of the menu consists of grilled dishes – pork (samgyeopsal, taedong moksal), beef (chadolbagi, galbi, tteok samgyup), lamb, and seafood, all served with lettuce leaves. In addition to dishes meant for grilling at the table, the menu also features traditional Korean soups and stews (kimchi jjigae, sundubu jjigae, galbi tang), noodles and ramen, rice dishes (bibimbap, dopbap), mandu dumplings, appetizers (kimbap, jjolim), as well as salads, including kimchi and pickled cucumbers.

A separate section of the menu is dedicated to sushi, rolls, and sashimi – featuring salmon, tuna, eel, crab, and shrimp, which complements the Korean cuisine with Japanese presentation styles. Some items on the menu are marked as chef's recommendations, including grilled lamb and beef dishes, japchae, yuk hoe (raw beef), and braised galbi.

The restaurant is open daily and offers the option to book a table or a karaoke room, as well as food delivery service.
