ABOUT THE RESTAURANT The "Soobshchniki" gastrobar is located in the Zamoskvorechye district on Zacepa Street, in a small, historic building. It features large windows, plenty of natural light, and excellent music. In the evenings, a pianist performs, and there are also tastings and meetings with fascinating individuals. The heart of the gastrobar is a large, open kitchen, led by Ilya Pampuha. Familiar dishes, reinterpreted by him, acquire new nuances, and familiar ingredients are revealed in combination with flavorful sauces. European cuisine with an Asian accent is a culinary bridge between East and West. At "Soobshchniki," familiar boundaries are blurred. Everyone who crosses the threshold immediately feels a sense of belonging to what is happening within the gastrobar. Nothing is hidden from the guests. "Soobshchniki"... It's about a community of diverse people, about being "on the same wavelength," about a team, about shared values, about looking in the same direction, about common goals, and about understanding. And all of this with a touch of light irony towards oneself and the surrounding world. This is what Anna Shpak and Maria Presnyakova had in mind when they created "Soobshchniki."
