About
Experience: 18 years. Worked at hotels including Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, and Radisson Hotels & Resorts, as well as at "Kosmos" and "Milan." Also worked on projects for Ginza, the Simachev bar, Simachyard, the "Korkunov" factory (handcrafting department), and the Russian cuisine cafes and restaurants "Dubrava" and "Ded Pichto." Currently, he holds the position of head chef at the wine bars Brix and Easy Brix, a role he has held for over 7 years.
He holds two higher education degrees: in food technology and in law (with a focus on criminal law). He is a cook-pastry chef of the 6th grade, and a certified master in chocolate work. He has been practicing judo since the age of 6, attended a sports school for Olympic reserves, and even earned the title of Master of Sports. After the 9th grade, he attended a sports college specializing in "applied sports," and then transferred to a college specializing in "cook-pastry chef," and that's when his culinary career began – from the age of 15 to the present day. His hobbies include sports, boxing, wrestling, snowboarding, skydiving, and rafting on mountain rivers.
