A seaside bistro with a focus on seafood, where shrimp take center stage.

CREVETTE – a seaside bistro and a new hotspot on Vasilyevsky Island. In July 2022, the CREVETTE bistro opened in the "Brusnitsyn" Cultural Quarter, marking the first joint project of food producer Alena Melnikova and chef Oleg Perfilov. The restaurant offers a unique cuisine with a focus on seafood, excellent wine, a view of the Gulf of Finland, a great atmosphere, and honest prices – all brought to you by a power couple in the restaurant industry. Melnikova is a co-owner of the restaurants Grecco and Mercado del Sol, while Oleg Perfilov is a graduate of the French culinary school Le Cordon Bleu and the head chef of notable projects such as "Gavrush" and Le Bistro in Rostov-on-Don, and The Repa in St. Petersburg. CREVETTE, affectionately nicknamed "Shrimp" by its creators, is a restaurant with seating for forty guests, located on the embankment of the Gulf of Finland, within the city limits. It draws inspiration from Parisian neo-bistros like Septime, Clamato, and Le Châteaubriand. As the name suggests, shrimp play a starring role in the menu, serving as both the base for dishes and as toppings. Argentinian shrimp are served raw with eggplant puree and a mango-chia dressing. Shrimp are also used to create a rillette with a cheese mousse, and they are pan-fried in a curry-yogurt sauce and served on hummus. CREVETTE is not limited to just seafood. The menu also includes duck pâté with an onion-mushroom chutney, a green salad with Uzbek tomatoes and marinated feta, and a cordon bleu made with chicken, ham, and cheese – all carefully balanced with seafood dishes. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Sunday, 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Monday is a day off.
