The interior features light colors, abundant greenery, white tablecloths, and an open display of desserts. In the summer, the restaurant extends to a terrace with umbrellas and plants.

Anton Pinsky and Pinskiy&Co. The project was created by Anton Pinsky, the founder of the Pinskiy&Co holding company, one of Russia's most prominent restaurateurs. Anton Pinsky is the recipient of the "Golden Branch" awards (2019, 2020, 2022, 2023, 2024), the "Restaurateur of the Year" title from GQ (2020) and Where to Eat (2023, 2024), and the VOICE "Key Figures" award (2025). His projects have been repeatedly recognized for their contribution to the development of the country's culinary culture. Antonio Bistro continues this philosophy: "A restaurant is about enjoyment, not just food."

The Flavors of the Mediterranean. The menu at Antonio Bistro, created under the direction of Chef Mikhail Bobylyov, is designed as a journey through the Mediterranean: antipasti, tartares, risotto, pasta, and grilled dishes. Everything is based on simplicity and flavor, making the food light and accessible. The bar follows the same philosophy: light wines curated by Alexander Kucherov and cocktails with a southern flair created by bar manager Imam Gadzhimagomedov – from classics like Negroni and Margarita to original creations for different times of the day. The evening culminates with desserts by Margarita Arzamazova, a student of Jordi Bordas and Mikel Guarro. Her signature style is modern textures and presentation, making classic desserts vibrant and memorable.
