About
Chef and co-owner of the Crevette bistro, holder of an international grand diploma from Le Cordon Bleu, and a nominee for the "Breakthrough Chef" award at the "What's On in St. Petersburg" competition organized by the Sobaka.ru magazine in 2022.
A professional chef with over twenty years of experience, a graduate of the French culinary school Le Cordon Bleu, and former chef of prominent projects such as "Gavros" and Le Bistro in Rostov-on-Don, as well as the official restaurant of the Mariinsky Theatre, The Repa, in St. Petersburg.
Oleg considers France his professional home, where he worked with Pierre Garnier in Paris (3 Michelin stars), then in Provence, and at the renowned Les Airelles hotel in Courchevel.
In July 2022, Oleg, together with Alena Melnikova, opened the Crevette seafood bistro in the "Brusnitsyn" cultural quarter, which has become one of the most notable openings of the summer season.
