"Kofemania Bez Tarelok" is a new format for "Kofemania" – a café-store offering ready-to-eat meals, with delivery and takeaway services, featuring both prepared dishes and culinary creations from "Kofemania" restaurants. The first establishment in this future network of premium ready-to-eat café-stores is designed for those who don't have time to visit a restaurant, but still value excellent service and food quality. All dishes are prepared "from scratch" in the kitchen, and customers can observe this process through a glass partition. A technological innovation is the use of automated delivery lockers with individual insulated compartments for delivery couriers, allowing them to pick up orders without entering the café. This not only speeds up the delivery process but also allows for a safer separation of customer and courier traffic, and makes more efficient use of the limited space in the locations. The "Kofemania" brand chefs, Alexei Petrichenko and Vitaly Karsaev, have developed a range of recipes specifically for this new project. In addition to ready-to-eat dishes, "Bez Tarelok" also offers semi-finished products that only require a few minutes of preparation, as well as frozen culinary items. The "Bez Tarelok" menu is primarily focused on healthy eating principles: most items have reduced sugar, salt, and fat content, and contain no preservatives or flavor enhancers. Fresh ingredients are the priority, from meat and fish to vegetables, fruits, and berries, which undergo a rigorous selection process twice a week. Special options are available for vegans, followers of the ketogenic diet, and those who avoid gluten or sugar. The menu includes bowls, poke dishes, various spreads and homemade sauces, customizable meal kits, bread and pastries from the in-house bakery, specialty coffee roasted in-house from the best family farms around the world, and classic Moscow comfort food, for which "Kofemania" is known, including popular cutlets and dumplings. "Bez Tarelok" also offers a range of coffee and non-alcoholic beverages from the "Kofemania" team. At "Kofemania Bez Tarelok," staff will provide advice on how best to store the selected dishes, and the packaging will include detailed preparation instructions from the "Kofemania" brand chefs.
