This restaurant serves Azerbaijani cuisine and is located at the Usachevsky Market. The name of the establishment has nothing to do with precious stones; it is the chef's name. Almaz Aliyev is a fifth-generation chef, and he has previously managed the grill stations at Novikov restaurants, including Nofar and "Veterok." The menu features approximately ten types of kebabs and several varieties of minced meat skewers made from chicken, veal, and lamb. The interior design was created by Anastasia Zemlyanskaya (Erwin, Chefshows by Novikov, Klevo), who aimed to recreate the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of Baku. The decor incorporates natural materials and colorful fabrics, and a grill with an open fire is located in the center of the spacious hall. Unique features of the interior include a deconstructed Soviet-era "wall carpet" made of concrete cubes and a bust of the chef in the dining area.
