The flagship outlet of a future chain featuring farm-raised Crimean oysters and shrimp has opened at the Usachevsky Market. SeaFood Bar is a new culinary project by Robert Harvey Stubblebine, the owner of the "Crimean Seafood" and "Russian Shrimp" farms. The first outlet of the future chain of seafood bars has opened at the Usachevsky Market, and the owner plans to open several more locations in the capital in the near future, in 2021. The company's own production guarantees the high quality of the shellfish and crustaceans, which positively affects pricing. This allows for an average bill of no more than 2000 rubles, while guests receive the freshest organic seafood, caught from the salty Lake Donuzlav in the morning or evening of the previous day. Crimean oysters, mussels, and shrimp from its own farms form the basis of the menu, complemented by domestic seafood and fish from the Russian seas (Far East, Murmansk) and rivers. Customers can choose shellfish and fish (Black Sea barb, halibut, perch, flounder, and trout) directly from the ice display or the aquarium. Soon, SeaFood Bar – and for the first time in Moscow! – will feature special tanks for shrimp, which can be caught live and prepared immediately. Kamchatka crabs will also soon be added to the aquariums. The culinary concept is overseen by Executive Chef Viktor Beley, who has developed a collection of signature sauces, dressings, and original presentations. Breakfast is served all day at SeaFood Bar. The bread is baked on-site. Viktor has experience working on prestigious Moscow projects, numerous professional internships in the best restaurants in the world, as well as being the head chef at the UHVAT restaurant, and participating in television programs and culinary competitions, winning awards at gastronomic festivals, and receiving the gold prize at the national qualifying round of the international culinary competition Bocuse d'Or 2019 Russia.
