I completed an internship in Japan specializing in pastry making, and I have attended professional food industry exhibitions in Germany and Russia. I was born and raised in Moscow. By education, I am a chef-pastry chef and food technology specialist. I am a happy family man: I have a wife, a child, and a dog. I enjoy an active lifestyle – I play football, regularly attend functional training sessions, and I am learning English.
