Pavel has been working in the culinary profession since 1999, starting as a cook. In 2002, he joined "Coffeemania," where he progressed from a kitchen assistant to a head chef. He managed the Italian restaurant Piacenza 218 and led the kitchen at the "Cheapside" hosper bistro. Since September 2019, he has been the brand chef for "rockets" concept store, "Cappuccino kids," and our own in-house production facility. He has been involved in launching projects from the ground up, overseeing the entire kitchen operation.

He is a father of two children and a happy husband. Pavel enjoys kayaking and hiking. In his free time, he likes to read dystopian and cyberpunk novels. His favorite place in the city is his country house, located outside the city.
