About

"Cheshuya" – A Restaurant Showcasing the Flavors of Four Seas in the Heart of Krasnoyarsk

"Cheshuya" is the first seafood restaurant in the history of the Bellini group, a project that took 9 years to develop from concept to reality. Yes, there was the Bellini sushi bar, and yes, there is "Yakitoria." But "Cheshuya" is unique because its menu features dishes made primarily (90%) from the bounty of four seas: the Black Sea, the Sea of Japan, the Mediterranean Sea, and the Arctic Ocean. Four chefs worked on the restaurant's menu: brand chefs Evgeny Barannikov, Roman Chemerenko, and Vladimir Lushchik, along with "Cheshuya's" head chef, Ivan Mostov. Each chef contributed their own unique touch in the form of a signature dish, evoking particularly warm memories. The restaurant spans two floors and 200 square meters of stylized space, combining natural stone, wood, metal, and fabrics. The first floor evokes the anticipation of a storm, while the second floor offers tranquility and peace. When you enter the restaurant, you are immersed in the harmonious sounds of the elements, which intertwine to create a sense of calm. You won't find ostentatious luxury or ornate decorations here, but you also won't find a typical fish market. "Cheshuya" is a refined, airy, and welcoming restaurant that can transport you away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
