0.75 please is the first wine restaurant in Krasnoyarsk and the flagship of the 075 group. It offers innovative Northern cuisine, an impressive wine list, and high-quality service. This local project is the brainchild of restaurateur Alexander Mitrakov, who is known far beyond the city. The concept of the restaurant is inspired by the atmosphere of a wine cellar, a historic 19th-century building, a deep love for wine, the region, and local produce. The choice of Northern cuisine was not accidental: Siberia is rich in unique, rare, and valuable ingredients, a significant portion of which the restaurant's team cultivates and harvests themselves. Seasonal vegetables, herbs, and berries are always featured on the menu with the first harvest. The restaurant is divided into three rooms. The first is a bar area with a counter and high seating. The second room, the wine room, offers comfortable seating and a dedicated wine storage area. The third room is a gastronomic space. It features an open kitchen and a chef's table, where gala dinners in a fine dining format have been held with great success since 2016. Leading chefs from renowned restaurants around the world, specializing in original cuisine and Michelin-starred establishments, have visited 0.75 please for culinary collaborations and gala dinners. These visits by celebrity chefs provide a constant impetus for the development of the restaurant's team. Alexander Mitrakov also invests in the experience and culinary skills of his chefs, arranging for them to train in the best restaurants in Europe. In 2021, 0.75 please was ranked among the top 50 best restaurants in Russia by the national restaurant award wheretoeat.ru. Since 2017, the restaurant has maintained the highest qualification of three stars for its outstanding and original wine list, as awarded by the Russian Wine Awards, an independent organization.
