Located in the heart of Russia, in the gastronomic capital of Siberia, in the center of Krasnoyarsk, is one of the city's best restaurants – Fresco. As you descend the stairs, you enter a spacious area where every detail is imbued with a special meaning and its own unique story. The dried flowers intertwined on the ceiling in the bar area and wine room evoke memories of vast yellow fields and summer warmth. The dried flowers add a unique charm, and the pampas grass in the main hall creates a sense of complete freedom, endless plains, and wild mustangs. The "starry sky" is of particular interest to guests; it's arguably the most photographed part of the interior. The sky and stars represent eternity, something that can be enjoyed continuously, at any time, throughout history. A four-ton shell – a massive stone – was brought directly from Irkutsk, a unique and ancient city, a former crossroads of trade routes. The coat check numbers are also noteworthy, as each one features a unique symbol. Overall, the combination of wood, stone, glass, dried flowers, meticulously crafted details, and forms creates a sense of complete unity with the surrounding space and the northern nature, setting the stage for an exciting gastronomic journey. When food is art... This is not just a restaurant slogan; it's a philosophy that is strictly adhered to by the brand chef and owner, Hayyam Aminov, as well as the entire restaurant team. Fresco is about emotions, new discoveries in terms of food and accompanying beverages. Years of professional and personal experience have been invested in this unique place, whose goal is to surprise. With taste, presentation, and service. The soul of the restaurant is the open kitchen, which is like a theater where every action is visible. There are no secrets here; everything is open and honest. And to ensure that everything runs smoothly, there must be a conductor, a manager who oversees everything – our head chef, Kirill Rudikov. The restaurant's menu features a wide variety of local products, seasonal herbs, vegetables, and berries, which form the basis of the entire cuisine. The use of only fresh, high-quality, and, in a sense, unique products creates a distinctive, vibrant flavor and unusual combinations. It would be fundamentally wrong not to mention the wine pairings, as Fresco boasts a collection of exclusive wines. Head sommelier Vyacheslav Pryadko strives to surprise guests every week, bringing in new and rare wines for Krasnoyarsk, as well as collectible wines that are appreciated only by true connoisseurs. Of course, attention should also be paid to the bar area, where Roman Shorokh is the key person. He and his team create unique cocktails and signature infusions, and also host events with colleagues from other cities in Russia. We couldn't overlook our tasting room, which is essentially a gastronomic experience. It is unique because it hosts gala dinners in a fine dining format. We are also actively negotiating with chefs from different regions of our vast country, and we sincerely believe that it is important to introduce our guests to different cuisines, products, and flavor combinations. In general, the unique and distinctive restaurant FRESCO occupies a worthy place on the gastronomic map of Russia and is a must-visit for anyone who wants to explore the mysterious Siberia.
