About
Born on January 16, 2001, in the mountainous regions of Tajikistan, Romiz moved to Krasnoyarsk when he was 16 years old. He began working in a kitchen at the age of 16, inspired by the culinary skills of Hayyam Aminov, whom he had seen on television at the age of 13.
He started his career under the guidance of Hayyam, initially as a pastry chef, and later as a versatile cook. Subsequently, Romiz became a sous chef at the restaurant FRESCO, participating in various culinary events and "Wild Dinners," collaborating with guest chefs. At the age of 23, he took on the role of technical brand chef, working with both авторская (author's) cuisine, as well as Pan-Asian and Georgian cuisine. "My culinary journey, guided by the motto 'when food is art,' has made cooking an integral part of my life. Every time I create a new dish, I feel a connection to my family, my roots, and history. I live in a wonderful place where nature provides us with such unique ingredients! For me, cooking is not a job, but a continuation of a great tradition that was passed down to me by my ancestors. And I am happy to be a part of this chain of time, embodying it in every dish," says the chef.
