"Vtoroe Dыshanie" (Second Breath) is a Russian-style bar in the center of Krasnoyarsk, created with the participation of the Illegal Bar team and the city's leading bartender, Lena Skrymina. Why "Second Breath"? You won't find a single item in this bar that was purchased from a modern store. Everything here, from the lighting fixtures to the tables, has already lived a full life and has been restored to continue its story, bringing joy to the bar's guests. The bar and kitchen menu also features familiar items, reinterpreted within this concept. The bar specializes in infused spirits, liqueurs, and cocktails. The selection of infused spirits alone, in classic and unusual flavor combinations, numbers close to several dozen. The bar also offers reinterpretations of vodka-based cocktails (Northern Lights, Golubka), which also reflects the bar's name – well-known cocktails have been given a new life in a modern interpretation, using contemporary preparation techniques. The selection of pure spirits is also interesting: rakija, mus, palinka – the ancestor of vodka, and many others. The kitchen menu features Russian-style appetizers and dumplings in various variations, but most importantly, they are all handmade by the bar's team, and each flavor has its own unique shape.
