The creators of the project offer their interpretation of traditional Sri Lankan cuisine, as well as ingredients and culinary techniques from India, Thailand, and Malaysia. We don't aim to recreate Asian cuisine, but rather draw inspiration from its culture and traditions to present our own unique vision. The core concept is expressive and vibrant food that tells a completely new story for the city. Expect curries in unexpected variations, a fresh take on traditional European appetizers, and weekend brunch options.
